- Starting pay is $13 per hour PLUS production (average team member earns between $14-$16 per hour with top performers between $18-$22ph)

Job Position Description:
Professional house cleaner taking care of customers homes using Merry Maids’ unique cleaning procedures and products that is taught in training. As a new team member, you will work in a team of 2 to clean homes on the Peninsula. You are responsible in providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes with top quality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- Ability to read cleaning instructions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability lift and carry 10 lbs. of equipment
- Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, dust, mildew and cleaning solutions
- Ability to drive to and from various job sites (have a valid drivers license and insurance)
- MUST be able to pass a drug test
